Sandwiches and wrap recipes - Holiday Wrap
Ingredients:
4 12-inch whole wheat tortillas
1 batch House Mayo
1 avocado, sliced
1 batch Marinated Tofu Cubes
1 pack alfalfa sprouts
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 English cucumber, diced
1/4 red onion, peeled and diced
2 cups lettuce
2 cups grated carrot
Procedures:
1. Heat tortillas on a grill or in the oven.
2. Top with a quarter of the remaining ingredients; then fold in edges and roll up.
3. Repeat for each serving.
