Dressing Recipes - Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
4 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. fresh or bottled apple juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. dry tarragon
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch black pepper
2/3 cup olive oil
Procedures:
In a food processor or blender, combine the ingredients and process until emulsified.
