Low Fat Recipes - Tomato Cilantro Salsa

Ingredients:
½ jalapeño pepper
3 plum tomatoes, diced
1/3 cup diced green pepper
1 scallion, minced
3 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
Hot sauce


Procedures:
1.Cut the jalapeño pepper in half and remove all the seeds and the white membrane.
Mince the pepper.
2.In a small bowl combine all the ingredients, adding hot sauce to taste, and mix well.
Serve cold.
