Appetizers - Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
6 artichoke hearts, canned
2/3 cup nonfat sour cream
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons minced shallot
1 teaspoon minced fresh dill
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Procedures:
1. Drain the artichoke hearts. Place them in a blender, adding the sour cream, lemon juice,
shallot, dill, and salt and pepper to taste.
2. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
3. Refrigerate and serve.
