Appetizers - Italian Yogurt Cheese.

Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt cheese (see above)
1 teaspoon vegetable-broth mix
1 teaspoon minced shallot
1 teaspoon minced fresh oregano
½ teaspoon minced fresh thyme
Salt and freshly ground pepper


Procedures:
1.Mix all the ingredients well.
2.Chill, letting the flavors blend for an hour. Serve cold.
